Friendly staff and helped when needed had a cooler thought was stolen come to find out a friend got it but as soon as we told staff they shut down the office to go look for it until we found it very very helpful thank you to the maintenance man he was the one in office that day covering for someone I've stayed here for 4 years in a row for thunder beach and never had any issues

It was located by a lot of activities. The check in and out process was fine. They will inspect the property with you at check out, it took like 5 minutes. For what we paid it met my expectations. It was cheap, clean, and right in the middle of things to do
